We provide information about the products, including descriptions, ingredients, quantity, directions for use and other applicable information.
Product images are for illustrative purposes and minor visual differences may exist between the image on the website and the actual product or packaging.
Information about food supplements does not constitute medical advice and does not replace consultation with a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose indicated for the relevant product.
Before use, read the information on the product packaging and label.
4. Prices
All prices displayed in the online store are in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are stated separately when placing an order, where applicable.
We reserve the right to change product prices. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of an obvious technical or pricing error, we reserve the right to contact the consumer to confirm the order or cancel it and, where payment has already been made, refund the corresponding amount.
5. Orders
An order can be placed through the online store.
When placing an order, the consumer must provide the information necessary to process and deliver the order.
After submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has already been dispatched.
The contract is considered concluded in accordance with applicable law and the terms stated when the order is placed.
In the event of unavailability, an obvious technical or pricing error, or another objective reason why the order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you have already made a payment, we will refund the corresponding amount.
6. Payment
Depending on the options currently available on the website, payment may be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Where available, payment may also be made by cash on delivery.
The currently available payment methods are displayed when placing the order.
7. Delivery
Delivery is carried out through Econt to an address or courier office, where the relevant option is available at checkout.
The standard price is EUR 4.60 to an address and EUR 3.60 to a courier office. The standard transit time is normally 3–5 days, while for products with the “In Stock – Fast Delivery” profile it is 1–2 days. The final conditions are displayed at checkout and are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the trader.
Upon receipt of the shipment, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging.
In the event of visible damage to the shipment, follow the courier's instructions and contact us as soon as possible.
8. Transfer of Risk
In a sale to a consumer, the risk of accidental damage to or loss of the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Where the consumer has independently chosen a carrier that was not offered by us, the risk may pass in accordance with the applicable statutory rules from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier chosen by the consumer.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, except in cases where the law provides for an exception.
Detailed conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, returning products and receiving refunds are described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
The right of withdrawal does not affect the consumer's statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming products.
10. Statutory Liability for Non-Conformity
Consumers have statutory rights in the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
These rights are not limited by these Terms of Service or by any other Pure Natura policies.
If you receive a defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly shipped product, please contact us at info@purenatura.eu.
11. Food Supplements
The food supplements offered through Pure Natura are intended to be used in accordance with the information provided on the label and packaging of the respective product.

In the event of pregnancy, breastfeeding, use of medication, a medical condition or other specific circumstances, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before use.
Pure Natura does not provide individual medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.

We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or that technical errors will not occur.
We are not liable for damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical interruptions, problems with internet service providers or courier services, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
14. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service in the event of changes in legislation, the way the store operates or the services offered.
The current version of the Terms of Service is always published on the website.
For orders already placed, the terms in effect at the time the relevant contract was concluded shall apply, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Applicable Law and Disputes
The relationship between Pure Natura and consumers is governed by applicable Bulgarian and European legislation.
Consumers retain all rights and remedies granted to them by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
